I was very happy, the service was very prompt, the website was very easy to use, except I think I missed out on the point where I could choose red or white wine but that was not really important. The web is the only resource that I have when I am sending things. My daughter received a phone call to check exactly where the basket had to be delivered to. They were very happy with the contents, they said that the wine was lovely and they were very impressed that the cheese was vegetarian! I would certainly use your service again, not that I send things very often because it is SO EXPENSIVE ( especially when we have to deal with the exchange rates) , but you were very competitve as far as price goes. Your small box of fruit sent to my daughter at royal marsden was just what she wanted - not overpowering in quantity, nice and fresh and ripe, and on time; thankyou; she normally makes a big thing about organic, but didn´t query yours, just enjoyed them.
on mangoes, having grown up in africa i can´t imagine anyone really enjoying those on sale in uk supermarkets etc- hopelessly green and never ripen, just die, even in the airing cupboard (where most bought fruit has to spend at least a few days to ripen properly); mangoes should be orange and messily oozy - and voluptuous! ; hope you manage them better, but fear they don´t seem to travel well at all?; bananas another problem - when ripe they should be soft and speckled brown - the point when many brits just throw them away!; fruit taken as medicine here these days ( ridiculous´ 5 a day´) with little expectation of great flavour, texture etc?; never mind, keep up the good work and i´ll stop this ranting...

I had friends visiting Scotland and wanted to send them a fruit basket. I found your web site. It had a lot of nice items to choose from. Your web site was a lot easier to go through then some of the others I visited. Ordering from the United States and expecting something to arrive in Scotland made me a little nervous. My first time ordering on line so have no comparison with other companies. My experience with Cityfruits was good. Navigating website was easy altho estimating size of baskets was a little difficult. The basket was more expensive than I originally planned to spend but was well worth it; there was so much in it. My daughter enjoyed the basket and said the products were excellent quality, and service was friendly and prompt. I would use Cityfruits again.

I have to say the site was great. I was ordering from the US for a friend in the UK who had just lost her father. I found you very easily on a google search and you offered me what I wanted...something classy but different to the usual flowers or fruit basket!!
The site was very easy and the visuals are large so you get a great sense of what the basket will be like. I have not heard from my friend yet, not surprisingly, but if I get any comments I will forward them on.
